Includes 1st trimester visits, 2nd trimester visits, 3rd trimester visits, post-partum care up to 12 weeks after delivery, ultrasounds, on-call services, and care coordination.
CompassDirect Healthcare providers do not provide delivery services; we will however communicate and coordinate with the hospital or birthing center of your choice.

With Direct Primary Care, patients pay a fixed monthly fee to receive their primary care services. We don't charge for office visits, most in-office testing, or routine procedures.
Telemedicine is included, making appropriate patient care efficient and convenient.

X-rays
X-Rays Radiologist Over-read Fee - $20 ea
X-rays are an Included Membership Service. However, our providers perform a "Wet-Read" and in most cases they prefer to send the x-rays out to a Radiologist for an "Over-Read". This results in a $20 reading fee, which per WA State Law, we are required to pass onto our patient. If you prefer, you can have x-rays ordered & completed at the local hospital and billed to your insurance instead.

Sports Physicals​
We are available for one time sports physicals for non-members at a cost of $50.

PPD - Tuberculosis Screening​
Available on walk-in basis for $30. This requires a 2nd walk-in visit 48-72 hours after the first.

Influenza (Flu) Vaccine​
Available on a walk-in basis for $30 (19-64) and $65 (High Dose for 65 & older).
DOT Physicals
Aaron and Zach are DOT-certified medical examiners for commercial driver's license medical certificates and they are happy to provide one time visits to perform CDL physicals at a cost of $150.
